ARCHAEOLOGICAL SETTING - LAPIDARY IN FRONT OF THE MOSTAR CULTURE CENTER

The archaeological exhibition is located on the site located in the courtyard of the Mostar Cultural Center and is displayed as a kind of lapidary. The largest part of this stone archaeological collection consists of 6 stećaks, one sarcophagus and Roman ares.

On display thera are: Stećak of Ljupko Vlasnić from Polog, Stećak found in the hamlet of Troskoti near Mostarski blat, Stećak found in the locality of Bišća polje near Mostar, Stećak found in the village of Miruša near Bileća, Stećak found in the village of Potoci near Mostar, Sarcophagus found in the village of Vinjani near Posušje , macaw from the Duvanjsko polje locality near Tomislavgrad.
